Pomeranian puppies are sold vaccinated with microchip and documents (International pedigree FCI and Internatational Pet Passport with vaccines and sales contract).

We do not offer puppies as a show or breed class. A puppy can have only a perspective at the moment of sale, at the breeder opinion. We cannot guarantee a puppy the show or breed career and reproductive capacity; we can only assume the puppy’s development.

A puppy is sold “as is” with all risks related with development and growth. The Seller does not provide warranty for bite after second dentition, height of sold dog and other changes of appearance in the g]course of growth that may affect dog’s breeding perspective and participation in exhibitions.

We guarantee that a puppy is completely healthy at the moment of sale. Furthermore we guarantee that a puppy is not infected with virus diseases (distemper, virus hepatitis, canine parvovirus, canine Adeno virus).

We shall not be liable for a dog’s genetic diseases exposed after the sale. All physical and mental deficiencies connected with the dog management (care, training, feeding, veterinary attendance, etc.) arisen after the dog transfer to the Buyer, the Breeder (the Seller) shall not be liable.

We shall not be liable for dog’s disease or death due to improper management or accident.

The Buyer undertakes to learn, on its’ own, the standard of breed to be purchased and possible risks related to diseases that the chosen dog is prone to.

The Buyer, at its own discretion, is entitled to carry out veterinary check a puppy and make sure that the puppy does not have any deficiencies.

By buying puppies from us – you get continuous support and professional consultations.

All claims regarding a dog’s health unrelated to virus diseases, we are ready to consider them within two days after a dog has left our house with obligatory conclusion of qualified veterinary.

By granting an advice for puppy the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and acknowledged terms and conditions.

Payment for particular puppy (available):

A puppy is considered to be reserved upon granting of advance (if the advance is not granted, the puppy is not withdrawn).
The advance payment amounts to 50% of puppy’s value.
If the Buyer dismisses settlement and the reserved puppy, the advance is not subject to return.
If the Seller dismisses a deal and the advance for puppy was granted, then it is to be returned in full scope.
The settlement is effected upon the puppy’s transfer to the Buyer.

We are looking for the puppy on the basis of your preferences

Puppy order:

By ordering a puppy you receive a discount $ 500 – 1000.
We charge a 10% advance (minimum $500) of puppy’s value, in order to understand that you are a real customer.
We do not ship puppies to order without the advance.
We are looking for a puppy on the basis of your preferences and provide you options.
We deliver only the puppy you have chosen.
We return the advance in full scope, if we didn’t manage to find you a puppy. Moreover, we return the advance in full scope, if you don’t like the puppy.
Among exception are black and orange/sable puppies; we charge a 50% advance and do not return it, if you dismiss the early chosen and delivered puppy.
We carry out complete check and guarantee health of delivered puppies. Puppies are quarantined, undergo complete examination and revaccination. If you discover puppy’s diseases, we will return the advance in full scope or are looking for another puppy.

We always welcome, if a customer comes to get a puppy on its own. However we also can deliver a puppy, if you are not able to come to us.

The delivery is not included in the puppy’s value and can be carried out by air, railway or vehicle transport. We personally deliver puppies and hand them out. Thus you are able to dismiss a puppy, if you are not satisfied with something (if the puppy is dismissed, we charge only delivery payment).

The delivery is carried out all over the world. The delivery across Ukraine is free of charge.

The delivery shall be paid prior to the puppy shipping. The puppy travels only in the plane cabin or with accompaniment. We do not ship dogs in a luggage space or without accompaniment!

It is possible to deliver doge by special animal courier service upon 100% advance payment.
